Christmas is finally here and with that we have finished our last daily round of Christmas crafts.
Every day in December the children receive an Advent numbered bag with an instruction and materials found within.
Some of the crafts have been taken from Pinterest while others have been bought from our local Red Dot store.
The children are happily working on their craft project each day which I chose for them. It’s a nice break from our normal day to day routine and helps us embrace Christmas.
For this year, I have chosen some really simple crafts that my 8 year old and 4.5 year old can do by themselves. They did everything pretty much unassisted and many times they would use a little bit more creativity to do something a little different with the materials provided. My older daughter would often help pull her younger brother around to do his craft properly and to stay focussed! 🙂 Their crafts aren’t spectacular yet, but they have become our christmas ornaments on the tree this year. Cheap, simple and self entertaining 🙂
These look great. Wish I could see inside!
